DESCRIPTION:The Sterkstroomdispuut organized a social social drink on June 5\, 2018 for ESE MSc students\, ESE PhDs\, and ESE Staff members. The drink started at 5:00 pm at the pub at EEMCS building where staffs as student wer able to socialize and enjoy free beer!  \nThe souvenir of our Siemens study tour to Berlin was also launched and distributed to students. \nThank you for participating! \n      \n

DESCRIPTION:We had an SSD lunch lecture on March 28\, 2018 (Wednesday) from 12:45-13-30. This lecture wass on “Wireless Charging” and the speaker was Prasanth Venugopal who is currently working as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Qualcomm. \nIn addition to the lecture on wireless charging\, the speaker talked about the best way to handle graduation projects and survival tips in case of too much work load.
