Make the request as soon as possible. 3E foundation will strive to respond to each request within a month.
Students of all nationalities can apply for the stipend, provided they are interested in the Dutch society outside the university and are trying to learn the Dutch language.
The goal of the stipend is to contribute in covering the personal costs the student need in order to participate in any of the aforementioned activities, if these costs cannot be covered in any other ways. 3E will be able to cover at least €500, up until €4000. The exact amount depends on the type of activity (depending on duration and location of the activity)
